The outer shell of the hot cell is made of SUS304 stainless steel with a thickness of ≥ 2 mm and is finished with a brushed surface

The inner liner is made of SUS316L stainless steel with a thickness of ≥ 3 mm. The hot cell liner is equipped with a front polymethyl methacrylat(PMMA) panel.

The surface is smooth and easy to clean, with no hard-to-clean sanitary dead corners.

The entire inner liner is of one-piece construction, and all corners are rounded with a radius of 10 mm.

The entire framework is manufactured from high-strength structural steel, with all joints fully welded using full-length weld beads and treated with multiple layers of anti-rust paint.

The front airtight door is equipped with two glove ports. The glove port openings shall be fitted with silicone sealing gaskets. The gloves shall be isolator-type gloves (imported, resistant to ozone, acids, and alkalis), with a smooth material surface for easy cleaning.

The lighting uses a cold light source with an illuminance of 300 Lx. An ozone generator and UV lamps are provided for sterilization.

The stainless steel panels on the decorative surface of the rear area of the hot cell shall be equipped with a quick-release fastening mechanism, and each decorative panel shall be provided with an operating handle.

The side of the inner liner is provided with a material passage to the dispensing hot cell, and materials are transferred to the dispensing hot cell through a sliding shielded door
