EMIN Becomes a Official Distributor for Keysight in Vietnam

12/15/2020 13:52:21

Since June 2020, EMIN has officially becomes a direct distributor of Keysight in Vietnam.

About Keysight

In November 2014, Keysight Technologies was established as a spin-off from Agilent Technologies, taking over the electronic measurement business previously operated by Agilent. Following the separation, products, documentation, and certifications associated with this business transitioned to the Keysight brand.

High-Speed Multichannel Data Acquisition for Automated Testing

In electronic research and development and quality testing, monitoring multiple parameters simultaneously helps engineers identify variations between process stages, track component performance, and automate data logging. The Keysight DAQ970A Data Acquisition System features a three-slot mainframe, an integrated 6½-digit digital multimeter, and support for a range of switching modules to measure voltage, current, resistance, temperature, and other parameters. With the appropriate modules installed, the system can be expanded to support up to 120 channels and achieve a maximum scan rate of 450 channels per second with a compatible solid-state multiplexer module. LAN and USB interfaces enable computer-based control, data storage, and integration into automated test systems. The DAQ970A is suitable for R&D laboratories, component testing lines, reliability testing, and multipoint measurement monitoring during production.

Three Independent DC Outputs with Low Noise for Sensitive Electronic Circuits

When testing electronic circuit boards, microcontrollers, or communication devices, engineers often need multiple voltage levels to power different circuit sections simultaneously. The Keysight E36313A Programmable DC Power Supply provides three independent outputs with a total power rating of 160 W, comprising one 6 V/10 A output and two 25 V/2 A outputs, according to the manufacturer's specifications. The instrument supports voltage and current control, data logging, and programmable output sequences, enabling repeatable power-up and testing scenarios. Low output ripple and noise, combined with overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature protection, help reduce risks when powering devices under development. Its color display shows the operating parameters of all three channels simultaneously, making it convenient to monitor performance at test benches and in electronics laboratories.

Arbitrary Waveform Generation and Signal Modulation for Circuit Testing

To evaluate the response of analog circuits, digital circuits, and signal processors, a signal source must generate a variety of waveforms with adjustable frequency, amplitude, and modulation settings. The Keysight EDU33212A Waveform Generator provides two output channels, a maximum frequency of 20 MHz, and support for sine, square, triangle, ramp, and pulse waveforms, as well as Gaussian noise and pseudorandom bit sequences (PRBS). Its arbitrary waveform generation function allows users to create custom test signals, while frequency sweeps, burst mode, and AM, FM, PM, FSK, BPSK, and PWM modulation support the simulation of different input conditions. Generating two signals simultaneously is useful for testing amplifiers, filters, control circuits, and systems that require response comparisons between channels. The instrument can be used with oscilloscopes and multimeters to build comprehensive test workflows in R&D laboratories, universities, and electronics production facilities.

RF Spectrum Analysis for Interference Detection and Wireless Signal Assessment

In wireless device development, RF transceiver testing, and communication troubleshooting, analyzing signal energy across frequencies helps identify carriers, harmonics, out-of-band signals, and unwanted interference. The Keysight N9322C Spectrum Analyzer operates over a frequency range of 9 kHz to 7 GHz, offers absolute amplitude accuracy of ±0.3 dB, and supports resolution bandwidths (RBW) from 10 Hz to 3 MHz. Under the manufacturer's specified measurement conditions, its displayed average noise level can reach -152 dBm at 1 GHz with a 10 Hz RBW, supporting the observation of weak signals in RF environments. The instrument also features an input attenuator with a range of up to 50 dB and an optional tracking generator to extend its capabilities for frequency response and reflection measurements. The N9322C is suitable for RF component testing, amplifier evaluation, wireless signal analysis, and interference troubleshooting in communication systems.

S-Parameter Measurements for RF Components and High-Speed Signal Paths

At high frequencies, impedance matching, return loss, and insertion loss directly affect signal quality in antennas, filters, coaxial cables, and RF circuits. The Keysight E5080B Vector Network Analyzer supports S-parameter measurements in two-port or four-port configurations, with selectable frequency ranges up to 20 GHz from 9 kHz for the version listed on EMIN.VN. Its specified dynamic range is 135 to 152 dB, depending on configuration, helping distinguish reflected and transmitted signals during component characterization. Frequency sweeping, adjustable output power, and selectable intermediate-frequency bandwidth allow users to optimize measurement speed or sensitivity according to test requirements. USB and LAN interfaces support computer-based control, data storage, and integration into automated test workflows. The E5080B is suitable for antenna, filter, amplifier, and microwave component research, as well as signal integrity evaluation in RF systems.

Plastic Products with Color Streaks: How to Adjust Back Pressure and Screw Speed? How Should Color Be Measured to Verify Proper Adjustment?
10/21/2026 15:30:17

In the middle of the night shift, a batch of light-gray plastic emerged, streaked with debris. The machine operator took one look and did what came most naturally: he cranked up the screw speed and increased the back pressure to ensure the orange-colored pellets melted completely. By morning, the color was indeed more uniform. A few weeks later, the customer returned the entire shipment the products had become brittle, cracking at the slightest impact, and the color varied from one delivery to the next, failing to match the approved standard
