This company trip was an opportunity for all members to recharge after intense working days while strengthening team spirit through the motto: “Travel to achieve greater success” and “Everyone receives a gift.”
1. Team Building
The four randomly assigned teams enthusiastically took part in a series of exciting challenges, including sack racing, beach volleyball, and tug of war. From the very first moments, the atmosphere became electric with fierce competition, seamless teamwork, and a variety of unexpected strategies continuously introduced by each team.
Under the blazing summer sun and along the vibrant beach, sweat poured onto the scorching sand, yet no one backed down. Amid the cheers and applause were bursts of laughter, encouraging handshakes, and a strong sense of camaraderie that fueled every challenge.
The excitement transformed an entire stretch of beach into a lively and energetic scene, drawing the attention of everyone nearby and inspiring passersby to stop and immerse themselves in the vibrant and emotional atmosphere.
2. Hawaiian Night Party
The evening gala was held along the romantic coastline of Nha Trang, where the vibrant Hawaiian-themed setting blended perfectly with the sound of ocean waves and the cool sea breeze, creating a truly unforgettable night. Right after the birthday cake-cutting ceremony and the official opening announcement, dazzling fireworks lit up the night sky, marking the beginning of an evening filled with excitement, joy, and celebration.
A series of in-house performances then took center stage, bringing one surprise after another to the audience. The confidence, enthusiasm, and vibrant energy of the participants captivated everyone throughout the night. The atmosphere became even more electrifying during the final part of the program, featuring a variety of Hawaiian-inspired games where laughter and cheers echoed continuously across the beach.
Although the Hawaiian Night eventually came to an end, its memories remain deeply cherished by every participant — a night filled with happiness, connection, and heartfelt moments as everyone came together to create beautiful memories in the coastal city of Nha Trang.
As the vibrant Hawaiiant Night and Team Building journey came to an end, each member returned not only with joyful memories and colorful photographs, but also with countless unforgettable emotions. It was a time when bonds were strengthened through every challenge, and team spirit was reinforced through laughter and meaningful moments shared together.
