The company is committed to supplying high-quality and advanced high-pressure homogenizers and liposome extruders, along with other nanotechnology equipment and services, offering the best value to meet the needs of the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, fine chemistry, food, beverage, nutrition, biotechnology, and nanomaterial industries.

Genizer products - Distributed by EMIN in Viet Nam market

EMIN is currently providing many devices from the Genizer brand.  Genizer's main products include:

High-Pressure Homogenizer NanoGenizer:
The NanoGenizer-30K from Genizer is an electric benchtop, laboratory-scale, high-pressure homogenizer, which has been developed specifically for bacterial and cell lysis (such as yeasts and E. coli). It aids laboratory research and development and small-scale production at ultra-high pressure (maximum pressure up to 45,000 psi/3,000 bar), and there is no requirement for hydraulic oil or compressed air. It is available in both the 3D-printing and stainless versions.

High-Pressure Homogenizer PilotGenizer:
The PilotGenizer is a pilot-scale ultra-high-pressure homogenizer and cell disruptor from Genizer LLC. It is electric-driven and gives formulation development experts more alternatives and capacities for cell disruption, emulsification and particle size reduction quickly and easily.

High-Pressure Homogenizer HandGenizer:
The HandGenizer is an eco- and budget-friendly mini homogenizer. It is a manual high pressure homogenizer that works by shifting the pump handle up and down. It needs no PLC control system or electricity and is perfect for basic experimental tasks, particularly when handling small quantities of liquid samples

High-Pressure Homogenizer MixGenizer:
Is a fluid high-pressure homogenizer specially used for mixing and homogenizing, using two or more injection micro-circulations. The Genizer double pressurized chamber is introduced into the homogenizing chamber mixing chamber for uniform mixing.

High-Pressure Homogenizer Liposome / Exosome Extruder:
Liposomes have grown as an important biomedical carrier system. One of the most critical factors influencing the performance of liposome is particle size. High-pressure homogenization, extrusion and sonication are methods for reducing liposome size. The extrusion technique is a reasonably mild and quick procedure among them.

High-Pressure Homogenizer Diamond Interaction Chamber:
The Genizer diamond interaction chamber is the key component of Genizer high-pressure homogenizers. It makes use of microfluidic technology, and the inside has been provided with nano-size micro-channels. Here, the user's formulation is exposed to forces of strong impact and high shear, thereby leading to nano cell disruption and nano-article dispersion.

Which products are tested using a -40°C to +150°C thermal shock chamber?
07/22/2026 14:45:25

Automotive circuit boards, sensors, modules, and plastic components can all experience issues after repeated transitions between cold and hot environments. A thermal shock chamber operating from -40°C to +150°C enables the replication of these temperature fluctuations under controlled testing conditions.

Does thermal shock cause damage to electronic components?
07/22/2026 10:40:49

An electronic component may operate stably under constant temperature conditions yet fail after repeated rapid transitions between hot and cold. The issue typically stems not from a specific temperature level, but rather from the rate of temperature change and the number of hot-cold cycles

The rigorous standards behind a multi-million-dollar MRI suite
07/21/2026 14:54:01

An MRI system may be correctly installed and fully connected to the power supply, yet still encounter issues if the surrounding environment fails to meet technical specifications. Electromagnetic interference, RF shielding, power quality, grounding, temperature, humidity, and particulate levels are all factors that may require assessment, depending on the facility's design and the manufacturer's requirements.

Sinusoidal and Random Vibration: A Test Setup Guide for Industrial Engineers
07/21/2026 10:30:38

During the operation of industrial machinery or the transportation of goods, persistent mechanical vibrations inevitably occur; these are a primary cause of material fatigue, loosened connections, and cracking in printed circuit boards (PCBs). To ensure product integrity before delivery to customers, R&D and QA/QC engineers must simulate these dynamic forces using vibration test systems.

Capacities of laboratory centrifuge tubes
07/20/2026 13:55:40

Tubes with capacities of 0.2 ml, 1.5 ml, 15 ml, or 50 ml are commonly found in laboratories, yet each type is associated with specific sample categories and equipment configurations. DNA and RNA samples typically require small-volume microtubes; blood and cell samples often utilize 5 ml or 15 ml tubes; while large-volume processing workflows may require tubes of 50 ml, 100 ml, or greater capacity
