Introduction
This instrument is an automatic distillation test instrument used to determine the atmospheric distillation range of petroleum products. It is suitable for use in accordance with GB/T 6536 “Determination of Atmospheric distillation Characteristics of Petroleum Products”, GB/T 7534 “Determination of boiling range of Volatile Organic Liquids for Industrial Use”, ASTM D86, ASTM D850, ASTM D 1078 and other standards. It is the latest automatic distillation tester for gasoline, aviation gasoline, steam injection fuel, special boiling point solvent, naphtha, diesel, distillate fuel, industrial volatile organic liquid and similar petroleum products. It is an advanced technology, easy to use and cost-effective automatic distillation tester.
Main technical features
1, the use of embedded computer, imported industrial computer, 12.1 inches large screen LCD touch screen. SCM and intelligent control technology, distillation test process heating and cooling, distillate level tracking, distillation rate control, recovered liquid volume control, temperature recording, test results printing, etc., all automatically completed.
2, real-time display of the whole process of the test steam temperature, heater temperature, distillation rate three curves, can be judged in real time whether the relevant indicators meet the requirements of the test standard.
3, the use of imported compressor, imported temperature detection sensor, automatic high subdivision step level tracking system and other key components and devices.
4, according to user needs and test oil samples, add applicable standards and distillation procedures, and can be called at any time.
5, with atmospheric pressure automatic detection function, automatically complete the pressure correction, the test results are not affected by atmospheric changes.
6, after the end of the test, the input residual amount can automatically calculate the evaporation temperature.
