Product Description:
Salt Spray Tester is designed for surface treatment of corrosion-resistant capacity test for various materials, including paint, electroplating, organic and inorganic film, anti-rust oil, chemical treatment, and then achieves a long period of resistance to corrosion products.
Test Standards: IEC60068-2-11,ISO4628-3,ISO9227, ASTM B117, JIS-Z2371, JIS-G3141, GJB 150.1, MIL-STD-810F, MIL-STD-883E...etc.
Product Features:
1. Test chamber: Use the PVC gray impact resistance plate.
2. Water tank: manual/auto water refilling system, auto refill the water when less the water level, the test is without interruption, warning when water level insufficient to ensure the safe operation.
3. Precision glass nozzle is made of special glass, the fog spread uniformly and drop on the specimen naturally, ensure there is no crystalline salt obstruction with 4000 hours continuous use.
4. With dual over temperature protection, over temperature warning display and cut the power of heater to ensure sate use.
5. Adopt imported temperature controller, digital display, PID control, the error is ±0.1℃.
6. The working room use steam direct heating method, heating fast and evenly, reduce the machine await time, heating pipes is made of high corrosion-resistant titanium pipes.
